option for ESR Basic), you have to unpack the archive you get after
registration (esr3xxx.zip, where 'x' stands for ESR version:
'b' for Basic, 's' for Standard and 'p' for Professional; about 125
megabytes), to get an ISO-9660 image file first (esr.iso, about 150
megabytes). This file is an exact representation of the original media,
including the content and the logical format. The most common use of an
image file is to write it to a blank CD-R resulting in an identical copy
of the original CD including file name and volume label information. You
will get more detailed instructions together with the download link.

are also shipped (in addition to ISO download) on ready-to-use bootable CD
(allowing to create a bootable USB flash drive as well) and include a
